My speakers are not being found

Ensure your device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Sonos system. Try pulling down to refresh on the home screen.

Can I use Sonique with multiple Sonos households?

Sonique automatically discovers all Sonos speakers on your current network. To switch households, connect to the Wi-Fi network where the other Sonos system is set up.

How do I group or ungroup speakers?

Long-press on any room card to open the zone detail view, where you can add or remove speakers from a group.

What music services are supported?

Sonique works with all music services configured in your Sonos system, including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, and more.

Does Sonique work without an internet connection?

Basic playback control works entirely over your local network. Features like music search and AI suggestions require an internet connection.
